I just want to take the time to say that Dr. Tikiwala is truly 100/100 — a full 10/10 — and absolutely deserves 5 stars. From the moment I called last minute, in pure panic over a ruptured Achilles, the front desk staff was incredible. They got me in as fast as possible, and I am extremely grateful.

My doctor is more than an angel — she is beyond professional, kind, gentle, honest, and real. She told me exactly what was going on, what it looked like, the outcomes, and the worst‑case scenarios. I appreciate that so much because I’m the type who wants it straight, no sugar‑coating. It’s going to be a long road, but she kept it honest and supportive the entire way. A walking goddess in the flesh.

She helped me through my surgery at Advocate Hospital, and I owe her my life — and my Achilles — because we all know what brought down Troy. She was amazing from start to finish, and I will be thankful forever.

This is not a paid review — this is a real review because this office truly deserves it. And for anyone worried about bills or payments, from what I saw, that’s not true at all. They tell you exactly how things work, they’re willing to help, and they provide a service that is absolutely worth it. It shows across the board from the moment you walk in.

The new doctor at this practice, Dr. Audey Nasser, really is the ideal podiatrist.  Not only is he an extraordinarily talented surgeon, he is a genuinely good person who knows how to put the patient first -- unfortunately, a trait that seems far too rare these days.  After seeing him myself, I felt perfectly comfortable trusting my mother in his care.  You will be treated like a family member.

Dr. Nasser and staff exceeded my expectations, they were prompt and time which is a major plus for me going to any doctor. They answered all my questions and most importantly listened to my concerns. Once Dr Nasser gathered all the information he provided a solution to the problem that we concluded was best for my lifestyle. Dr. Nasser and his team was very accommodating. They visited my mom in the hospital and then were able to get us a follow up appointment after discharge to take care of everything. I have just recently come to the Gurnee office twice now. Dr. Nasser is so kind & always answers all of my questions.  I feel like I'm in very good hands. Everyone in this office is very professional and makes you feel like they care about you.
